Lady Gaga "Telephone"-Makeup

Last night I was feeling creative and wanted to do something really cool and intense. I LOVED this makeup I saw in Lady Gaga's "Telephone" Music video. She has like a million diff looks in that video, but I really loved this one. I probably will try to do the rest of them some day. I made my brows a little bit more intense then hers. I dont know why I have a thing for intense brows! I love them. This look took me about an hour and a half. It was surprisingly really simple and really fun to do. I really need to invest in some wigs to pull my look together. I had to shuv a bean can in my hair... thats the only thing I could find because in this video she has coke cans pinned in her head... and for some reason, my house had no soda cans. BUT I made it werrk! I hope you guys like this.. It did involve a good amount of contouring, I tried to get my nose and face shape similar to hers. Below I will list the products used! Thanks for checking it out!

Marilyn Monroe/Pinup girl makeup

Contouring and Highlighting.

Hey guys, this is the look I did for today, I was SUPER upset because I could not find my blonde wig anywhere to add to this look. I was going for Marilyn Monroe but it kind of just turned into this sexy pin up look which I love. This look took me a long time. The contouring for this look took a good while. Especially the nose. I tried to make it the same shape as Marilyn's. She has a very round nose so I tried to highlight and add the shadows where needed. I added a shadow to my cheek bones and up at my temples, down the sides and corners of my nose and a little bit underneath, I also did a bit on the jaw line to thin out my face... I did this with a light brown eye shadow. As far as the highlighting I went underneath and above my eyes and below my eyebrows, right above my shadowed cheekbones and in the middle of my chin and between my eyebrows. I looked at a picture of Marilyn while doing this look and it really helped. I outlined my lips to make them nice and big like hers as well. Then for a finish I slapped on some lashes. For this look i used my stage makeup highlighting and contouring kit by BENNYE. Love it I highly recommend it. Hope you all like it!! Please let me know what you think!

Saint Pattys Day Fairy!

Hello all!!! Happy Saint Pattys Day!! Today I did this really cute fairy like St Pattys day makeup. I guess my haircut gives it that fairy look. I don't know really. My mom saw it and called me an "Irish fairy".. hahha. Any way.. I said that I would post a look and here it is! Let me know what you guys think... I think I might wear this look out tonight. Its a little bit dramatic... I may tone it down  a little bit. I pretty much did a simple cut crease and I used about 4 or 5 different shades of green. I am really happy with the way it came out. If you are a brown eyed red head gal like I am ... this will really make your features POP! I love greens on brown eyes. Depending on your skin tone or eye color you can use different shades of green, its all your preference.. Below the photos I will post the names of the colors I used for this look! Have a happy St Pattys! Be safe tonight all! More posts to come soon!

On the lips- I used my eye primer and eyeshadow, it sounds gross but it works. I like to use eye shadows as lip colors. I also lined my lips with a black eyeliner to give it that "ombre look"

Colors used for this look=(all mac)
"Humid","Lucky Green","Bio Green","Aquavert"

Eyeliner- ELF liquid liner (you can use your favorite)
Water line- Tarte "inner rim brightener"
and of course slap on some false lashes to make the look POP even more!

Saint Pats day look #1

Hello all! So Saint Pattys is coming up!! I found this really pretty mint green look I did a while back on a friend in beauty school. Its perfect for going out or a day out! You can rock this either way. I used a mint green to make it really pop, and then just added a little bit of black! Try this if you are going out on Saint Pattys! I will be posting another Saint Pattys look sometime this week. Hopefully tomorrow sometime! Check it out below! I will post the products and colors used below!! Thanks for checkin it out!!

I did a very mild cut crease on her. I didnt want to go too crazy because she has very hooded eyes.
Hope you can get some ideas from this look! Its really fun and funky! AND very sexy.
Add fake lashes to this look if you want, that will make it pop even more!

Lips- Try a flirty pink. Not too bright and not too dark something like
MAC- "Angel", "Please Me", or (My Fave) SNOB.

Eyes= MAC "Aquadaisiac", "Knight Divine", "Typographic"
NYX eye shadow base.

Tiger Costume makeup!

This is a look I did a while back! I literally used "Ben Nye" clown white which is a really thick pasty cream that clowns use to make their faces all white and creepy. Its really cheap, its great to use for any costume makeup really... then I used a normal blush brush and added different shades of orange and yellow on top of the white base. For the stripes I just used a really cheap liquid eye liner.

This look took me about 1 hour. It involves a lot of blending!! but it was really really fun. The hardest part was the shadow on the mouth. Try this look out itd a great way to practice blending!

here is another similar look, same technique. This was for a hair show in beauty school last summer. It was so much fun and I was so happy with how it came out. It looks airbrushed, but its not!! Give these looks a shot, they would make really cute Halloween costumes!!

Check out the link before if you are interested in the Ben Nye Costume makeup that I use!

Princess Of Pop! My interpretation of KATY PERRY!

                                                             I LOVE THIS WOMEN!
Katy Perry is my role model I think she is so amazing, from her music, to her FACE! I just adore her. Today I wanted to challenge a look similar to this, but with more of a dramatic twist!

In this look- I started out with a cut crease which is when you take on color and draw a hard line with it right in the crease of your eye lid. I used a really pretty purpleish blue called Parfait Amour - This is a really pretty color MAC makes its one of my favorites. For this look make sure to BLEND BLEND BLEND. I wanted to make it a little more dramatic then what Katy has above. I felt like being colorful today! If you are interested in finding a wig like this I got it from party city for like 30 bucks! I will post the link below! As well as the rest of the colors and products used in this look.

Colors used in this look- "Parfait Amour", "Duchess", "Wisteria","Swish","Seedy Pearl"
These are all Mac colors but you can use whatever you have!
Lips= NYX "Darling"

Simple Everyday Look

                                                               Simple Everyday Look

This is pretty much my essential everyday go to look. Its really simple and does not take
too long at all. The most time consuming part is the eyebrows. If you want to do a look like this you do not
NEED to do the brows, i just really dont have very much brow as it is, so I have to draw them on. As far as foundation use whatever you have!! :)

The Eyes- For this look I pretty much just applied my primer which is by NYX.
I put a little bit on my fingers and just blend it in really well. This is one of the best
eye bases I have ever used. It does not crease or smear. I love it! If you are on
a budget I recommend this product!!

After I applied the base I did a really light eye shadow that had a bit of a shimmer to it. I
just used a fluffy eyes shadow brush and swept it across my lid, in windshield wiper motions.
Then I applied my eyeliner, this took a lot of time and practice for me to achieve. I will do a separate post on how I do my eyeliner another day.. as well as a post about eyebrows. The eyeliner I use is by ELF and it is one of the best I have ever used. It does not crack or smear. Its pretty much the best.
